Sky News cameraman killed during violent clashes in Egypt

According to witnesses, a Sky News cameraman and a 17-year-old daughter of a prominent political figure Mohamed Beltagi, were killed as a result of today's protests in Egypt, August 14, The Washington Post reports citing its correspondent in Egypt, Abigail Hausloner. The number of those killed in most recent clashes in Cairo exceeds 100. 

According to some reports, there were two cameramen killed on the scene. There is a photo of a helmet of one of them on Twitter. There are at least 42 corpses in the morgue of a field hospital near Raba al-Adawi mosque. As a matter of fact, the number of victims is a lot larger. Journalist Tom Rayner said that there were women and children hiding in the morgue. He also added that he saw two dead children, who died from heat and the lack of water.

According to most recent reports, the clashes between security forces and supporters of toppled President Mohammed Morsi embraced not only Cairo, but several other cities of the country.

The Egyptian authorities have begun to disperse two camps of Morsi supporters in the morning of August 14.
