Ukrainian Air Force bomb Lugansk: Five killed

Five people were killed as the Ukrainian Air Force bombed the building of the Lugansk regional administration. Several militiamen were seriously injured. No one was injured among the leaders of the People's Republic of Lugansk.

Militias evacuate civilians from the center of Lugansk. Shops in the city are closed. Unexploded cluster munitions were found near the building of the regional administration.

Many civilians were injured as a result of the air raid. A fighter jet of the Ukrainian Air Force attacked the center of the city.
