Attempt at the son of Chechen Administration
An attempt on the life of Zelimkhan, the son of Akhmad Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Administration, has been made in Chechnya.
RIA Novosti learned from Ruslan Alkhanov, the head of the security service of the Republic's head, that in the settlement of Novogroznensky, Chechnya's Gudermes district, an unidentified man opened fire on the car with Zelimkhan Kadyrov. He was not hurt, while his bodyguard was wounded.
The criminal took advantage of the confusion and escaped.
Alkhanov said that the bodyguards did not open return fire so that not to wound innocent people of whom there were many at the site of the incident.
The head of the security service said the criminal had been identified. He is being searched for.
