Early in the morning of July 15th, combat aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force bombed the center of the town of Snezhnoye, the Donetsk region. In the air raid, civilians were killed, many were wounded, Interfax reports.

Originally, it was reported that ten people were killed. Afterwards, with reference to the press service of the regional administration, it was specified that there were four civilians killed in the attack.

Militia said that the aviation of the Ukrainian Air Force bombed the building of the tax service and a five-story apartment building on Lenin Street. A half of the building was completely destroyed. People are trying to look for victims under the rubble. No one suffered among militia fighters.

According to preliminary information, the Su-25 of the Air Force of Ukraine fired at least six missiles on the center of the town of Snezhnoye.

At the same time, as reported by RIA Novosti, the speaker of the Information Center for the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Lysenko, said he did not know whose aircraft bombed the town in the morning of July 15.

"Since yesterday, the Air Force of Ukraine has not made any sorties, so the morning raid on Snezhnoye is a provocation. Special investigation has been filed into the fact," said Lysenko.

On July 14, Ukrainian fighters bombed a residential quarter in Luhansk, killing two people: a man and a woman.

The situation in Luhansk is more or less stable. Groups of Ukraine's National Guard were stationed in the villages of Beloye and Zheltoye.
According to Vladislav Seleznev, a Ukrainian official, two Ukrainian soldiers were killed, eight more were wounded in the fighting in the east of the country.

Militias claimed yesterday that they captured five crew members of the Antonov An-26 transport aircraft. The plane was show down near the village of Izvarino, in the Luhansk region, on the border with Russia. The command of the military operation in eastern Ukraine confirmed the loss of communication with the crew. Later it became known that several Ukrainian pilots were captured by the militia.

Kiev officials say that they captured two crew members; the fate of six other servicemen remains unknown. Militias, in turn, claim that they captured five pilots from the downed Antonov An-26 freighter, who managed to eject.

"We have the order from our national governor Bolotov - to shoot down all military aircraft taking off and landing at the airport of Luhansk. So this time, when the plane was landing, we opened fire on it. However, the Ukrainian troops opened fire on the plane as well, from the direction of the airport. So it is quite possible that it was a Ukrainian shell that hit the plane," the leader of the Popular Front of the People's Republic of Luhansk, Alexei Chmilenko, told Interfax.

Fighting continues in Luhansk all day on July 14. The Ukrainian army was shelling the city from heavy mortars and multiple launch rocket systems Grad. Several houses were destroyed. In memory of those killed in the shelling, Luhansk Mayor Sergei Kravchenko announced July 15, 16 and 17 days of mourning.

"In the last three days, 17 civilians were killed, 73 people received shrapnel and gunshot wounds. In connection with the tragic events I have decided to declare July 15, 16 and 17 days of mourning in Luhansk."

Over the last day, eight civilians were killed  in the city, including one child, ITAR-TASS reports with reference to the press service of the Luhansk city council. As many as 52 people, including four children, were injured.
