Seoul Delegation Arrives On Official Visit In Moscow

Seoul delegation headed by Mayor Goh Kun arrives on an official visit in the Russian capital Sunday on the invitation of Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov. The mayors are scheduled to meet and sign a joint statement Monday, the Moscow City Hall told RIA Novosti. Besides, the guests from Seoul are to meet Viktor Sadovnichy, rector of Moscow State University (MGU - Russian acronym). They are expected to sign an agreement on cooperation between MGU and Seoul University. The Seoul delegation is to fly to St. Petersburg on October 9 and to spend two days there.
